Our mortgage fees
There will be no fee for mortgage advice. There may be a fee for arranging a mortgage, estimated between £250 for a standard mortgage and £1,500 for a complex mortgage.
How we are paid
The final page will explain any lender procuration fee, client arrangement fee and protection commission in approved terms.
Your information
Clients should use the secure fact-find and document portal rather than sending sensitive documents through ordinary website forms.
Complaints and the Ombudsman
Please contact us first so we can investigate. If you remain unhappy after our final response, or we have not replied within the applicable time, you may be able to ask the free, independent Financial Ombudsman Service to review the complaint. Time limits apply.
